Just a Simple Thank You . . .

Jeffrey Himmelstein – Jan 16, 2006

Spencer,

I thought you might like to know how much my mother enjoys the Middle Village Web Page. She is recuperating from having had heart valve surgery and doing so well that in a week or so she will be home in her condo.

Each day that I visit with her I print out a page or so from the MV web page and she trully enjoys reading them. Every time she finishes reading, she always says the same thing. ” What a wonderful thing this is.” She told me that she wants to thank you when she sees you at the reunion.

Take care and hope to see you soon,

Jeffrey

Jeffrey,

First of all, I am, of course, delighted that your mom is doing so well after her surgery.

I want you to know how much I appreciate your kind words about the web-site. I do it as an act of “love,” but I must confess that, sometimes, I wonder whether I am just “spinning my wheels.”

Knowing that it brings pleasure to even one person makes it all worth while.

Thank you!

Oh, and I just noticed something. Please wish your mom a very Happy Birthday, for me!

Thanks.

Spencer –

Keep up the good work. It took me a while to get into it, but the Web Page is great. I have been in touch with so many old friends and I am really looking forward to the reunion. Great Job. See ya.

Do not stop. The Web Page is the only way some people are able to bring back memories of Middle Village. It also helps keep old friends in touch with each other.

Spencer,

First of all, Happy New Year to you and all of the Middle Village family. Secondly, If it wasn’t for the love of folks like you and Herbie, Middle Village would have remained a memory of “the place that I grew up”. I am so excited about the reunion and renewing frienships. Not only that, the thought of reuniting with Sandy Hochstadt, a cousin I haven’t seen in many moons. By-the-by, Happy Birthday Jack, Harold and Myrna.

Please don’t ever stop loving us enough to stop looking for everyone.

Rick Spindel

Hi –

Thanks all for the words of encouragement. A litle “boost,” once in a while, never hurts. Smiley Face - Small

Hi Rick:

Happy New Year to you. I forgot that Sandy is your cousin – she is married to my cousin Stanley. We have seen them over the years until they moved to Florida. We are looking forward to seeing them and you and your wife as well.

Hi Cookie,

I’m glad you responded to my message. I was planning to call you since you and Ken don’t have an e-mail listed in the directory. I remember seeing a message from you a while back, but not sure if it was a reply to the mesage or an e-mail. If you have an e-mail address, please e-mail us at spinoaks@aol.com

We hope you and Ken are doing well. The closer we get to the reunion the more we are excited we are becoming. Have a safe trip. We’ll see you there.

Rick

Spencer Wulwick – Jan 24, 2006

Hi Rick –

If you look in the Address Book, right here on the web-site, you will find that e-mail addresses are listed.

For your convenience, Cookie and Ken’s e-mail address is: cookieken@aol.com

We’re all excited about the reunion and eagerly looking forward to seeing you.

Hi Spencer,

Thank you for the info. I was using the directory not the website. We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.
